I am Aniko Szeko from the Alexinomia Research Team at Sigmund Freud University, Vienna (1020 Vienna, Freudplatz 1, Austria).
As my Master's thesis with my mentor Ass. Prof. Dr. Thomas Ditye MSc MRes PhD, the principal investigator of the study, we are developing the Vienna Alexinomia Symptom Scale to provide a reliable tool for people suffering from the condition of having difficulties using first names when addressing someone.

Thank you for your help. It will only take 5-10 minutes to fill in the questionnaire.

Consent Form

By filling in the questionnaire the participant states that they were informed about the nature of our inquiry, their participation happens willingly, and consent is given that the data provided through the questionnaire can be processed for research conducted by the Alexinomia Research Team at the Sigmund Freud University, Vienna.

The participant is informed that there is no wrong or correct answer to the questions, and the participant has the right to withdraw from the research at any time. Furthermore, the participant has the right to ask questions or make comments, as well as be informed about the findings of the research if requested.

Participation is anonymous and all collected data will be treated confidential in accordance with the ethical principals for research involving human subjects outlined in the Declaration of Helsiniki 2013.
